1. About the service
Little Journey is a casual collection app that runs locally on your device. It requires no registration and contains no advertising, in-app purchases, user-generated content, or interaction between users. Journey timers, the collection, and journal entries are stored on your device.
2. License
Subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, or circumvent security measures in the app. Flutter and third-party open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, available under Settings > Open Source Licenses.
3. Local data
This version has no cloud backup. Uninstalling the app, using Delete All Data, device damage, or operating-system cleanup may permanently erase your data. Export My Data lets you save a readable JSON copy, but the app does not currently support automatic restoration from an exported file.
4. Availability and changes
The developer works to keep the app operating normally but does not guarantee that it will always be error-free or compatible with every device. Features, content, and compatibility may change through updates to improve the experience, security, or compliance with law and platform requirements.
5. Intellectual property
Except for third-party open-source components, the app's name, interface, text, characters, and artwork belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. You may not use this content in a separate commercial product or impersonate an official version without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is." The developer is not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for indirect loss arising from local-data loss, device or operating-system issues, or third-party sharing destinations chosen by the user. Nothing in this section excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Termination
The license may terminate if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, and dispute handling survive termination where applicable.
8. Applicable law and contact
These terms apply subject to mandatory laws and consumer-protection rules in the place where the app is offered. Disputes are handled under applicable law, and these terms do not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived by agreement.
