Making your first badge
- Open the app, tap “Pick a photo” on the home screen or “Bring in” at the bottom.
- Choose a photo from the album, camera, or files, then adjust composition, materials, and name.
- After saving, put the first badge into the free series or the guided series; later you can keep adding, generate a board, or export a collection pack.

If 3D preview has trouble
Reopen the detail view or restart the app first. The app keeps the 2D face automatically, so collection records are unaffected. If preview still fails, please include device, OS, and app version.
Changing devices
On the old device, export a collection pack from “Me”, import it on the new device, then choose to add to or replace the current collection as needed.
If permission is denied
You can re-allow Photos or Camera in system settings, or use the system file picker. Physical merch can be added without a photo.
When sending feedback, include
App version, build version, device model, OS version, and reproducible steps. Do not send private photos unless necessary.
